The purpose of the new website was to act as the main website for the hospital system, including information on all aspects of the system and providing various ways to contact and connect with members of the hospital system staff.

Development started with the purchased theme, adding in the designed changes as necessary. The modifications to the theme were made using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), and PHP, as well as utilizing additional WordPress plugins as necessary.
